Inside the package was the push up board itself, rubber pieces for providing sustainable state on any floor cover like parquet, laminate, linoleum, stone etc and the training instruction. The handle bars are covered by the rubber grip. If you wanna be in a good body shape than it's definitely worth of buying. Take care yourself!
